Refund/Cancellation Policy:
We accept returns exclusively for damaged products. Currently, we do not offer general return or refund policies. In the event of damage, we will provide a full replacement, and to qualify for a return, the item must remain in its original packaging, accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.
Our stringent quality check ensures that no returns or exchanges are permitted unless the customer receives a damaged, incorrect, or wrongly sized product, reported within 24 hours of parcel receipt. Valid complaints must be supported by a 360° unboxing video, showcasing the issue with clear lighting and address details.
Minor manufacturing defects, such as threads coming out, do not warrant a product’s return or replacement. Slight color variations due to photographic effects are acknowledged.
For return/exchange, customers are responsible for sending the parcel to our address, as we do not offer a return pickup facility. Free replacement is guaranteed within 7 days for defective, damaged, or different items from the order.

Upon receiving your order, inspect it promptly. Contact us immediately if there are defects, damages, or if you receive the wrong item, allowing us to promptly address and resolve the issue.
Exchanges:
To ensure you get the desired item quickly, return the original, and upon acceptance of the return, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds/Cancellations:
We will notify you upon receiving and inspecting your return/cancellation. Approval status will be communicated, and if approved, an automatic refund will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method. Keep in mind that processing time by your bank or credit card company may vary.
